GTO Luxembourg is a non-profit automotive enthusiast group based in Luxembourg ("we", "us", or "our").

3. Service Descriptions

Events & Tours: We organize Supercar Sunday, GTO goes Luxembourg, and other gatherings ("Events"). Details and schedules are posted on our social media and/or website.
Photoshoot Booking: Through our online booking form, you may request a professional car photoshoot ("Photoshoot Service"). All bookings are subject to confirmation by us.
AI Car Recognition: We use your smartphone camera and AI to analyze uploaded car images and return vehicle details.

4. Booking

Booking a Photoshoot via our embedded Typeform is a request for service. A contract is only formed once we confirm availability.

5. Events Participation

Attendance at Events is at your own risk. We do not provide insurance for third-party damage, injury, or loss. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant us a license to use such media in our promotions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload for the AI service. By submitting an image, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to deliver the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to GTO Luxembourg. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal data (e.g., images, contact details) via image uploads, booking forms, and social media links. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with GDPR. By using our Services, you consent to that processing.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our site uses third-party tools (e.g., Typeform for bookings, social media platforms). We are not responsible for their practices or content. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
